| Course Description | BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an emerging technology that employs digital information models in the virtual space to achieve better quality and efficiency of construction and management work throughout the facility’s lifecycle. Continuing from the Technology and Application of BIM (II) course, this course is designed to teach students the practical applications of BIM technology and tools in a project-based learning scenario. |
| Course Objective | After taking this course, the students should be able to apply the BIM tools to improve the quality, efficiency, safety, and sustainability of engineering tasks (e.g., design and construction) along the lifecycle of a civil facility. |
